Thor Hushovd is not, because his team was not invited. They will go for Tour de France.
I think there is no Norwegians in this year's edition, Kurt-Asle
Arvesen got a no from his team (hopefully because they save him for the
Tour). Edvald Boasson Hagen wasoriginally planned to participate, I
think. Gabriel Rasch is on Thor's team so he's not in. 
Road Cycling.
